By accessing the Prime Syndicate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Operation. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the simulation. If you do not agree with these directives, you must disconnect from the terminal immediately.
The Social Simulation Mandate (Strict No Real Money Rule)
Prime Syndicate is a strictly simulated environment designed solely for entertainment. There are no real-money deposits, wagers, or withdrawals. Success within the simulation does not translate to real-world financial gain, and no cash prizes are ever awarded.
Authorized User Conduct and Prohibited Hacks
Operatives must engage with the network fairly. The use of automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized hacking tools to manipulate simulation outcomes is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Virtual Currency Mechanics (SBD Issuance and Revocation)
Syndicate Bonds (SBD) are the sole currency of the platform. They hold absolutely zero real-world value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or sold outside the simulation. Headquarters reserves the right to issue, modify, or revoke SBD balances at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property of HQ Assets
All visual assets, game mechanics, logos, and lore within the Prime Underground are the exclusive property of Prime Syndicate Ltd. Operatives are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with the platform for personal entertainment. Reproduction of our assets is strictly forbidden.
Jurisdictional Limitations (Governing Law in GB)
These Terms of Operation are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of the simulated network shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Great Britain.
Termination of Operative Status
Headquarters retains the absolute right to suspend or terminate any operative's access to the simulation at our discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Platform Liability
Prime Syndicate provides this simulation on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operations. Under no circumstances shall Prime Syndicate Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
